Omny Studio provides a complete audio management solution for podcasters and radio stations around the world, including podcast hosting and advertising services.
We typically do not directly interact with the owners of information, unless the owner of the information is our client. Rather, we process the information (including personal information, if any) provided by our clients when using our Services.
When we process your personal information in the context of managing our customer relationship, operating our Websites and performing our marketing activities, the controller of your personal information is 121cast Pty Ltd. When we process your personal information on behalf of our clients as part of the Services, the controller of your personal information is our client.
